This book is the definition of greatness, but you don't need another person to telling you this. if you haven't already, read it, hear it, watch it. This story is an american classic and rare gem in human story telling, in my humble opinion you are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't.

Easy listen, Great advice, even better stories.

in Greenlights, Matthew McConaughey takes you on his life story and give you his perspective looking back at it. it's truly a great book where you get to see a man relive his story and find joy in the re-telling, as if he is there once again.

This book allowed me to discover the artistic flair of Matthew McConaughey like I have never bothered to look at before. Matthew's authentic voice and honest recounting is truly a performance worth witnessing.

an easy and insightful listen

when I fist started listening I was hesitant to continue the book as it didn't seem like a book I would listen.
I am glad I kept listening as it soon turned into one of my most insightful and easy books of all times.

if you give this book a shot you will see what I mean.

Jesse has a rare capability of making every word he reads come across as heart felt advice. Every time I read this book, or his other book “Living with a seal (David Goggins)” I get pulled into the story and find myself actually experiencing his story. I hope this book does the same for you.

With great narration, and a unique voice this audiobook is more like a conversation where a gentleman just drops knowledge on ya. And then leaves you to your devices after you finish, hopefully with your mind in a more focused and action oriented perspective.

Insightful, yet particular

It's one of those books, that you have to be in the correct mood or mindset otherwise you might zone out. The book is full specific examples of breaking down a sentence. Which is great if you have the written book not so easy to follow, when listening too.
That being said it's still a very good book, that offers various ways for anyone looking to become a better speaker/salesperson, to try a frame their stories in a better light.

Overall: good book worth the money, to get the most out of it though buy the briny as well.

Fundamental book

written in a very particular style the book has an ability to really visually describe the ways that success is found in the in the journey into building financial success as well as perhaps thinking one self out of their own financial chains, it's always a good listen when feeling financially illiterate.
