I Did Not Imagine

Bart’s story was relatable on so many levels even if you aren’t a musician. Not all come from perfect homes and many have overcome trials we should never have had to face. But, as he so eloquently says, God was and is with us every step of the way. I love how brutally honest he was about his journey and what led him to write I Can Only Imagine. Beautifully written.

Beautifully written and narrated

This story originally interested me because of a relationship that began with a pen pal letter back in the 80s. Over the decades a teacher from GA, USA and another from Aberdeen Scotland became lifelong friends forging a bond between two families, two schools and groups of friends. I could relate to the attachment forged by the written words and posted in the mail. The narrators did a marvelous job bringing the sentiments to life. Different types of sentiments but strong bonds nevertheless. Well done!

All is Bright

I love this author’s uplifting tales of love, life and faith. She brings a beautiful sense of joy to Christmas. Kudos to the narrator as well. Highly recommend

Narrator is a true Storyteller

Barbara Rosenblat is one of my favorite narrators of all time. Her storytelling gift is naturally genuine and keeps me focused. I can listen to portions of the Bible in ways that I believe they were originally expressed.
She help me see verses of scripture in a new light without being overly dramatic.
I first discovered her talent when I listened to 84 Charing Cross Road many years ago and have listened to it every year since along with other of her works.
This is now my favorite way to experience the New Testament.

Good man writes great stories

Tim Cotton uses his life and experience both as a police officer and member of his community to make us laugh, think about things in a different light and entertain us. I love listening to him as a narrator as he tells tales “from the jagged edge”. Also a huge fan of his on FB! Highly recommend!

I used a Brick to find Grumley!

Since I finished Tom Clancy’s Campus series - again. I needed more of Scott Brick, one of my favorite narrators. Through him I discovered a fantastic new author. Grumley has a brilliant imagination and uses it to address real world issues. While I’m not a huge sci fi fan, he does it so well that it’s fascinating. Grumley and Brick are a combination that has me hooked!
I love the animals and the humans! More…!!!

Thought provoking story of faith

We all make decisions every day of our lives. But how do those decisions affect others? How do they change the path of our own lives? William Bennett writes a story of a man that parallels the story of the life of Jesus. The decisions that this man makes, whether selfish or thoughtful of others changes his life. After I listened to this book beautifully narrated by Dennis Klienman, I recommended it to my book club! Very thought provoking read!
