I definitely like how he took examples from real world situations and explained why failure isn't as big of a problem as people view it to be. I also like that he used his own personal experience when explaining everything along with real world examples from famous companies. The author does a really good job of laying out the argument as to wine failures should be learned from and that it doesn't matter whose failure you're learning from, so long as you're learning from it.
