Great Book... very descriptive with very good illustrations... this is a big book so not very discrete would need to keep it in a decent sized drawer or maybe under the bed if you have small children but other than that buy it

The lessons are in nice, bite sized chunks and work perfectly for me since I cannot sit down for long stretches but have to squeeze in some lessons and listen periodically over the course of the day.

Not sure I agree w/ the title, so listen about the book before making your selection. More about having difficult conversations, knowing when to speak up & how, & when to say nothing. Very good practical advice. I got the book originally for a person reporting to me & liked it so well I wanted my own copy to refer to. A business book I'll be keeping to have a review of from time-to-time.

After finishing (and checking the Author's own Google results)...I told my wife she needed to prepare...I was 100% positive I was going to explode her business over the next six months. I will do as Michael (the Author) says and systematically follow all of his steps and time frames to do this right and make the results last.
