This is a great book. Although I was quite disappointed that mark was not the narrator even though it says he was when I purchased it. You should probably fix that audible. False advertising

Needs a new narrator

Every time he pronounces the letter “s” he makes a very high pitch whistle sound that pierces my ears. I tried to adjust the audio in hopes to illuminate this, but I couldn’t. I gave up after the second chapter. This was quite unfortunate because I was very interested in listening to this book. I wonder if they find a new narrator would I have to purchase it again? 🤔🤷🏼‍♂️

couldn't finish the book

It seemed like the book would have been a very good book to read, but listening to it was very difficult. The reader would only read part of a sentence and there would be a pause. It was not read fluently which made it very difficult to follow along. You could tell it was poorly recorded. I heard good things about this book from someone who read the hard copy, I should have listened to the sample before I paid for it because I would not have gotten it. I do recommend the book, but not this audio version.

Thank you so much Mr Hendricks for this amazing book. I can tell it's taken a life time of experience to put this together. I'm definitely going to have to read/listen to this a few more times. I come from a lifetime of pain, shame, and resentment that is taking me 30 years to overcome. The way you explain some of this definitely helps put it in perspective. I do have to say that some of the mouth noises(sounded like you may have been thirsty) and the awkward pauses were a little buggy. The messages I received were amazing and potentially life-changing. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication to making this world a little more peaceful. very much appreciated

absolutely amazing. I'm going through this right now with my narcissistic EX. she is currently back in my life for the hundredth time in the last five months. it's almost like our souls are tied together with magnets. no matter how hard I try to get away and cut all ties of communication, I always get sucked back in. I was abandoned as a child so my biggest fear is being alone, and she uses that to her advantage. she also knows that my love language is physical touch. she knows I'm not being physically affectionate with anyone else, so the only way I can truly feel love is if I allow her back in my life. she actually began to call me a narcissist and started pulling up articles to make me believe that i was the one who was manipulating her. I read this book with an open mind. I wondered if I was the narcissist. I tried to put myself in the shoes of the narcissist, but the shoes didn't fit. it's been her the entire time. hopefully this will give me the strength to finally be at piece with walking away, for good this time.

wow what an inspirational book.

the way he explains how to break bad habits seems so easy and logical. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone looking for personal growth and development.
