Conflicts are part of life. Strong conflicts become battles. Conflicts and battles in our lives may not be spiritual warfare. There are six main areas of your life where you may have battles and conflict, but they are not spiritual warfare. These require a different strategy. So before engaging in spiritual warfare, one must look at these areas to see if they are the root of conflict. It is tempting to find something to blame for our struggles.
