Listening to this book made me realize that I need the physical book in my life. This is a book every black girl needs to read and keep on her bookshelf. Even though it’s written trough a U.K. perspective, it’s very relevant to black girls living in Belgium, The Netherlands and other European countries as we face the same problems.
