Compelling and honest on story from one of Heavy Metal's icons. Rob Halford truly confesses everything, so be prepared for some graphic stories. And reliving the golden years of hard rock and metal had me bringing out my playlists consistently.
I have always been a modest Judas Priest fan, but after reading, all of the songs and albums have new meaning. By the end I felt like I was getting nostalgic with an old friend. Great Stuff.

5 stars for the same reasons we love his music

The same words you would use to describe Willy's songs perfectly fit this book: defiant, soothing, amazing stories, uplifting, filled with the blues, outlaw, gratitude, but probably most important of all- inspiring. It was just one of those books I wanted to keep going and going, and I couldn't wait to get back to my friend telling me his stories (Even if he wasn't the narrator, which I wish he had been).
