Draws the reader in and keeps them interested
Revisado: 01-22-18
From the beginning of the book the tone is set that Cahill is a man that gets the job done at all costs. Throughout the book he goes on this internal/external journey to clear his mind and prove what he already believes the be true. There are twists and turns in every chapter that leaves you guessing but satisfied. Overall good story telling that it does it in such a way that, despite being the third book in the series, you can enjoy it without having read the previous two.

Unique book and engaging reader
Revisado: 01-16-18
Many people have commented on Wil Wheaton's snarky tone in which he reads and portrays Wade, (the main character). I too believe it's worth mentioning. I think the way he reads is exactly how the real Wade would sound and act. Listening to Wil read Ready Player One will make you occasionally forget that it's not Wade himself telling of his journey and cause you to get completely immersed in a world that could be real in some dimension.

Historia
The folks in Mike Erikson's small New England town would say he's just your average, everyday guy. And that's exactly how Mike likes it. Sure, the life he's chosen isn't much of a challenge to someone with his unique gifts, but he's content with his quiet and peaceful existence. That is, until an old friend presents him with an irresistible mystery, one that Mike is uniquely qualified to solve.

Amazing story, equally great reader
Revisado: 01-16-18
Ray Porter reads it in a way that'll get you hooked and make you want to listen more regardless of the homework you're skipping and the friends you're losing by turning down going to the club.

Not my typical read, but nevertheless interesting
Revisado: 01-16-18
Interesting the see how the greatest ponzy scheme in history unfolded. I started the book knowing very little about what a ponzy scheme was and left with a great story to go along with it. Made a topic that could have easily been extremely dry into an interesting story all while educating you.

She used to work for the US government, but very few people ever knew that. An expert in her field, she was one of the darkest secrets of an agency so clandestine it doesn't even have a name. And when they decided she was a liability, they came for her without warning. Now she rarely stays in the same place or uses the same name for long. They've killed the only other person she trusted, but something she knows still poses a threat. They want her dead, and soon.

Got me hooked on Audible

One of the suggestions on what to write regarding the review was "Struggled to finish?" I definitely struggled to finish this book. Not because it was a rough book, but because it was a great book and I knew there wouldn't be anymore when it was done. Great story telling and the reader does a wonderful job of reading it.

Historia
Libby Day was seven when her mother and two sisters were murdered in "The Satan Sacrifice of Kinnakee, Kansas". As her family lay dying, little Libby fled their tiny farmhouse into the freezing January snow. She lost some fingers and toes, but she survived, and famously testified that her 15-year-old brother, Ben, was the killer. Twenty-five years later, Ben sits in prison, and troubled Libby lives off the dregs of a trust created by well-wishers who've long forgotten her.
