I enjoyed the in depth looks at each topic from parenting practices 400 years ago to present day approaches, the science behind why each suggestion is beneficial, and the practical\lived experience stories shared to illustrate how these approaches have helped Dr Coulson and others. Need Supportive parenting is exactly how I want to parent.
