generally a nice read, but too simple, leftist

some of the ideas, notions, reminders are valuable and insightful. The author is kind and sincere. his conclusions are basic, often reflecting common wisdom that is tragically no longer common. he fumbles around how to address anxiety and depression without addressing faith, religion, spirituality. generally speaking we are breeding a culture of nihilism, and this book doesn't have the tools to face that head on. so, a nice book, but over simplified and conclusions tend to be leftist as they are, in their core, godless.
