Honestly Blown Away by This Health Audiobook!!
Revisado: 03-10-25
Just finished listening to "Your Life Your Choice" by Dr. Cody Strodtman and had to share my thoughts. This isn't your typical boring health book!
I usually listen to audiobooks during my commute, and this one actually kept me sitting in my car in the driveway to finish chapters. The narrator explains everything in normal human language - not medical jargon I can't understand.
What I loved most is how practical everything is. The stuff about fasting wasn't extreme, the exercise tips seemed doable for regular people like me, and I've already started trying some of the breathing techniques when I'm stressed out.
The biggest eye-opener was learning that so many chronic diseases can actually be prevented or reversed just by changing how we live. The part about the "rhythms of life" and when to do certain things really clicked for me.
It's so good I even bought the hard copy after finishing the audiobook! I wanted something I could highlight and refer back to whenever I need a reminder of the techniques.
If you're tired of confusing health advice and want something that makes sense without requiring you to completely overhaul your entire life overnight, give this a listen. My favorite audiobook of the year so far!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
