A fascinating story with a redemptive ending

Stephen Bowlby does an excellent job narrating this story of Jack Barsky, a KGB spy in America. It's a fascinating story tracing Jack's (Deitrick's) early years growing up in East Germany, his recruitment and training by the KGB, and his years of work in America. Jack Barsky is honest about his life, his keen ability to excel and yet fail in the really important things, and his redemption and restoration later in life. I wouldn't spoil the story... you'll have to listen to it to find the ending. I definitely recommend this book.

This is an excellent book.

I first read The Long War Against God 20 years ago. Henry Morris does an excellent job tracing the history of evolutionary thought throughout history, as well as the foundational nature of creationism to a well-ordered life, culture, and society. This book is just as relevant today as it was 20 years ago. I highly recommend it!

I found this book to be well written and easy to listen to and follow along as I worked. It is very informative, and a great companion to The Real Anthony Fauci by Kennedy.

For most of its history, the Fed has enjoyed the fawning adoration of the press. When the economy grew, it was credited to the Fed. When the economy imploded in 2008, the Fed got credit for rescuing us.

Fascinating and well-read book!

This is a fascinating look at the Federal Reserve. It definitely helps explain part of what has been happening in our economy over the last 40 years or so. Christopher Leonard has a captivating writing style that makes it easier to understand what the FED has been doing with it's monetary policy. Jacques Roy does an excellent job reading the book. I listened to it twice in one month and could easily listen again. I definitely recommend it!
