What a story!

I loved this story. It was short but it packed a big punch. The narrator pulled me into the story and I felt everything the characters were feeling. It was moving, sad, funny and all that! Great job Audible!

Would you try another book from Maya Banks and/or Rebecca Estrella?

I've read Maya Banks before and was sorely disappointed but I would try her novels again.

the narrater was very monotone and didn't help the story at all. maybe she found it as boring as I did and that's how she sounded...... bored /c:

Girsham did it to me again!

What did you love best about The Confession?

I'm a sucker for the underdog and Girsham delivers a solid plot that kept me guessing until the end. It didn't go where I expected it to but I loved it all the same.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

"Yes" just when I thought I had it figured out, the plot made a left instead of a right and I followed right along with it.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Oh yes!!!!!!

I keep saying I'm not a fan of John Girsham but every book I read (listen to), I love! I'm ready to admit it...... I'M A FAN!!!!!!!!!!!! I love story's about the criminal justice system and Girsham show's all the flaws and manages NOT to make me hate it. He's talented there's no denying it :-)

Typically, I love Amanda's voice and storytelling, but this was the WORST Irish accent I've ever heard. it was really distracting

Would you try another book from Carolly Erickson and/or Davina Porter?

No. I'd heard great thing about this author and I do love historical fiction but this book was a little long winded and boring at times.

Would you recommend Josephine to your friends? Why or why not?

No I wouldn't. I expected more but got less /c:

I'm apprehensive about buying another audio book by this author. The reviews sang her praises but I just don't see why. I thought that Josephine would a great character from history to fictionalize but, not so much.

Jane Jameson is hilarious!

Would you consider the audio edition of Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs to be better than the print version?

I've never read the print version but the audio version was great in most part due to the narrator.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Jane of course! Jane is funny, smart and the saddest version of a "scary vampire" I've ever read. this was the first in the series and I won't stop until I've listened to them all.

What does Amanda Ronconi bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Because of Amanda Ronconi I listened to the entire series. and I bought other audio books from this author simply because she was the narrator. She is grrrreat!

I dare someone to listen to this series and NOT laugh out loud. Go on, I DARE ya! :c)

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

yes, it was smartly written and well narrated. this book had it all, good story, plot twist and it made me excited for the next book in the series.

What did you like best about this story?

this was the 1st book in the series and I was hooked. I'm new to the supernatural genre and this was a good introduction. I like the strong female characters.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yes and I pretty much did. I finished the book in a day and a half
