Historia
In the spring of 1676, Nathaniel Bacon, a hotheaded young newcomer to Virginia, led a revolt against the colony's Indian policies. Bacon's Rebellion turned into a civil war within Virginia - and a war of extermination against the colony's Indian allies - that lasted into the following winter, sending shock waves throughout the British colonies and into England itself. James Rice offers a colorfully detailed account of the rebellion, revealing how Piscataways, English planters, slave traders, Susquehannocks, colonial officials, plunderers and intriguers were all pulled into an escalating conflict whose outcome, month by month, remained uncertain.

historical timeline of events followed by an editorial
Revisado: 06-16-24
The author presents what seems to be a factual and unopinionated History of events. And then in the end, presents an editorial.

A book in praise of all the irresponsible people
Revisado: 09-15-21
You know them. These are the people who come up with the great ideas, drama, wants, desires, and needs . These are the people who love the brand new building, the brand new project, the great new idea. They love the power and the prestige that all of this frequently brings. These are the same people who then neglect the responsibility of cost, implementation and maintenance or throw it off on others. Avoid these people.
