Another great installment

As always, a fine entertaining story and excellent audio performance. This series has grown so well and deep that it feels like being immersed in another world. A lot of what happens in this book feels like it is setting us up for big events later on down the line, and I am excited to hear what comes next.

Cooking reality television meets queer found family space opera. Super fun book, really imaginative descriptions of future foodways that are both unusual and also feel possible. Fantastic narration. Loved this book!

A delicious book about witches, with several interludes from other favorite characters. This narrator is fantastic in general, and this performance is above and beyond, so excellent. This one made me think more than previous installments. I’m only sad I’m current now and will have to wait for the next one….

Great book & narrator

I had to stop reading the Daevabad Trilogy because the narrator (and a little bit the main character) was shrill and annoying, so I was hesitant to try this book, but I’m so glad I did. This story was so much fun, and the narrator a true pleasure to listen to. I’m sad this is over and that I will have to wait for more!

Keeps getting better!

This series is great, and I like each installment even more than the last. Very imaginative. All the characters feel pretty fleshed out. Women are well written actual people and not just there for decoration. I like how the characters treat each other with respect and show great teamwork. Altogether delightful!

These books are such wonderful escapism. I love the characters and the world building. I’m reading this just a couple days after the audiobook dropped and I’m already sad to wait for another installment.
