Historia
Gotrek Gurnisson barges into Greywater Fastness seeking answers as to why his Fyreslayer rune is mysteriously waning. But finding them in the stronghold's clogged and blackened arteries may prove far more difficult than first thought, and with skaven warlocks building something deep underground – something that will cement their place in skavendom forever – Gotrek begins to wonder if he might instead find that which has eluded him these past ages – his doom.

A Slayer of a tale!
Revisado: 02-27-25
Excellent return of the Slayer and the Skaven. The author does an excellent job writing the Sakven and their mannerism. The voices are top notch as well.

An Excellent Snacky Chaos Story
Revisado: 02-15-25
An enjoyable short story about the Blackheart looking at renegade chaos space marines. Blackheart is a bit repetitive in some of his thoughts, but pick this up on a sale and you won't be dispointed.

A howl of a tale
Revisado: 11-25-24
A good space wolves no el. Nothing too groundbreaking, but an easy listen. Cover art is a bit misleading as Njal Stormcaller serves as the main focus of the story. Story also serves as a focus on all the main space wolves characters, as most of them appear in the story. Narrator does an excellent job and most characters can be told apart.

Historia
Cadia licks its wounds in the wake of the Thirteenth Black Crusade. The heretic forces retreat on all fronts. The day is won. But Lord Castellan Creed cannot rest easy. Something tells him the assault was a mere prelude to something greater, something more final. He is right. Out of the Eye of Terror comes Abaddon the Despoiler, at the head of a warhost unmatched in scale since the dread days of the Horus Heresy. In the face of the looming apocalypse, Creed must weld the champions of Cadia into a bulwark capable of withstanding Abaddon’s fury.

A Masterwork
Revisado: 11-20-24
This should be included in the Black Library Hall of Fame.
Robert Rath does an excellent job writing of the fall of Cadia. The afterwards shows how much he poured into the book, research and experiences, and it pays off. There are many excellent lines in the novel.
The narrator does an excellent job narrating the many different points of view in the book and elevate an excellent book into masterwork territory.

As subtly as a sledgehammer
Revisado: 09-12-24
The narrator does their normal excellent job with the book and perhaps saves this one.
When the main foes is a religion is headed by a god called the Patriarchy, it quite clear what its going be about. The book is blunt and surfers greatly because of it. Its a good listen, but its one of the weaker ones. Won't be listening to it again anytime soon.

Historia
Mags was a Herald of Valdemar. But he had once lived the brutal life of a child slave. When he was Chosen by his Companion Dallen, his young life was saved, and he slowly adjusted to being well fed, educated, and treasured as a trainee in the Herald's Collegium at Haven. Singled out by the King's Own Herald, Mags would thrive in his secret training as a spy. His unusually strong Gift - an ability to Mindspeak and Mindhear anyone, not just others who were Gifted - made him a perfect undercover agent for the king.

A fan of the heralds series. The first 3/4 of the bookcase excellent. The main villian of the book though felt a little weak and rushed through.

A Solid Sniper Story
Revisado: 05-22-24
A good Imperium vs Tau novel featuring a sniper squad. Pacing is up and down and there are a few moments that could have been developed more, but a solid listen. Narrator is good, takes a little to get used to, but if you enjoy the sample, you should enjoy the book.

Back on track with an intriguing and suspenseful novel
Revisado: 12-21-23
After the virus bomb that was the last book in the series, Sea of Souls is an excellent addition to the series. The book works as part of the series and as a standalone novel. The small touches in the audo, such as the radio chatter are great additions to the audiobook. It is not a action intensive book, but works great, building up to the ending of the novel

Revisado: 11-01-23
The first showdown between Bile and Crawl. A solid book, though wish it was a bit longer and focused on the two main characters of the conflict, interesting ideas were presented and some plot development. Would recommend to anyone who is a fan of the two characters.
