This is an amazing series. I'm crying knowing this is the end. Hoping Mrs Murphy is doing well and wanting so much to thank her for these wonderful stories. I will never forget them. They touched my heart in a way no other stories ever have.

it is an interesting story and no offense to the author, but get someone else to narrate your books. There was a lack of inflection in the narration, a good narrator would make all the difference .

Great Story

This was a really nice read. I was disappointed it turned not to be your typical Stephen King story, full of the details I love (some hate). I'm a full emersion gal. It seemed like a lot was edited out for some reason. I missed really getting to know the characters. The story seem rushed and the ending didn't feel like the ending. There was more left undone than done. More questions asked than answered. Perhaps there is going to be more to this story. I hope so. The narrator was great, perfect for this role. You won't regret reading this story but you will be left wanting more.

Love this series by Gary Graybill

This series is excellent. I love New Orleans and when I listen to these stories I can picture every place described. I can smell the smells and feel the air on my skin. I love the mystery and the twist and turns. Keeps you guessing till the end.
I love the slow southern methods of Gator.
My only regret is that Theo Holland did not narrate all of the series. He has a wonderful voice and absolutely perfect for this series. I'm sorry I could NOT listen to the narrator in Madi Gras Death Mask nor The Bourbon St Murders. If you could have Theo Holland read those two stories in the series, I would buy them again.
I'm hoping Murder Bayou Style will be released as an audible (with Theo Holland narrating).
More stories please.

All of the books in this series are absolutely amazing. But the encounter with Rand, Logan and Cat in Wicked Need- The absolutely SEXIEST thing I've EVER listened to or read. Still I want Bridger's story - I hope the author has that planned at some point. Absolutely LOVE this series!

What made the experience of listening to A Table for Three the most enjoyable?

It was a very steamy story.

What did you like best about this story?

Great sex! Great angst!

How could the performance have been better?

A more masculine narrator would have made a world of difference. Christian Fox is ok but he just doesn't have a masculine voice. He does the female characters well. I just didn't feel like he really enjoyed the story. Definitely needed a more masculine voice. If you could get a different narrator I would buy the audible all over again!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It did make me laugh and tons of butterflies!!

great story and Zachary Webber always makes any story so much more. Unfortunately it would have been better if he had narrated the entire story. Jessie Briar was not right for this story. She sounded so disconnected from the story - like she was just reading some random words on a page. ugh

What does Zachary Webber and Angela Goethals bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Zachary Webber is absolutely the BEST narrator there is right now. Sebastian York is right there at the top as well, But for this book - Zachary was PERFECTION. Angela Goethals is one of the best female narrators I've ever heard. She brings so much emotion to the story.

What would have made Ugly Love better?

Loved the story when I read the book and couldn't wait to hear the audible. Grace Grant is wonderful but whoever thought Deacon Lee was a good choice for this story (or any story) was out of their mind. HE IS AWFUL!!!!!!! Zachary Webber or Sebastion York, hell just about anybody else would have been great for this story. I couldn't listen to Deacon Lee after the first 5 minutes. He destroyed the name Rachel for me. Just awful.

What did you like best about this story?

It was a great love story, with hot and steamy sex and a great ending. All that counts in a good romance novel

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Deacon Lee has the most annoying voice. It almost sounded like he has a speech impediment, or brain damage.

What character would you cut from Ugly Love?

I enjoyed all of the characters.

Great Book!! - Lousy reader

Would you consider the audio edition of Fifty Shades Darker to be better than the print version?

If Zachary Webber had read this book - it would have been better. Becca Battoe was not right for this character. She was entirely too preppy. In fact Mr Webber would have read as Ana better than she did. PLEASE let Mr Webber read the Fifty Shades books. ALL OF THEM! or try to get Angela Goethals to read as Ana.

What did you like best about this story?

I felt like you learn a lot more about Christian in this book. It makes for a much richer story.

How could the performance have been better?

The performance would have been better without Becca Battoe. She was not right for this book. Zachary Webber and Angela Goethals would have made a great duo for this book.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I could not listen to Becca Battoe but I did listen to Zachary Webber read "Grey" in one sitting.
