5 stars isn't enough, I wish I could give more! God of Malice has remained my favorite in the God of Legacy series (even though I've loved every single book), but God of War is really pushing for the top spot! Given my love for Silver and Cole, I just knew that Ava's book would be something I adored. All the teasers before the release that Rina posted, and all the mentions throughout the legacy series only made it more clear. And rina absolutely delivered!!! Ava and Eli's story is so intense, and I can deeply relate to Ava's struggles from my own mental health struggles. Seeing Eli love her in her entirety was so beautiful. And while I'd consider this book not quite as spicy (in terms of k*nk at least) as some of the others, the spicy scenes delivered so much raw emotion. I'll definitely be reading this book more than once.

Also, I always love these voice actors but in this one I really feel like they went above and beyond - there was so much heart in their performances!

Wonderful dark fantasy!

I loved this first book, and I plan to continue the series! The world building is intriguing and leaves the reader interested for more. The twists and turns are well written and we'll executed. I do have a hard time sometimes with the main character, as she holds an opinion of herself as extremely strong willed, and causes a lot of difficulties because of this, but tends to freeze when a fight or danger occurs. The voice actors were both good, particularly the female lead. I loved the duet audio with men vs women's voices being the different voice actors. I do think the male lead voice needs a better microphone, though.

Absolutely captivating with great narration

I read best with audio books but one of my main issues is the narration - usually. In romance novels, I have a hard time with the male/female voices from the opposite narrator. However, these narrator's killed it. I didn't feel like I was taken out of the story by their voices for each other, which I greatly appreciated.

The story was absolutely captivating, and I can't wait to dig into the sequel! The plot is interesting, a nice mystery that makes the romance all the more sweet. A great read for any lovers of romance with some danger and mystery!

It's pretty good!

I actually do like the narration here, it's just that the voice for the men is not very good. It isn't about this narrator, it's just that ideally all books like this would have 2 narrators each voicing their own parts (not chapter by chapter but their own parts and voices similar to them). Storywise, it's pretty good! Cliffhanger has me buying the next book in the series. The plot is interesting and the characters draw me in. This isn't suddenly a favorite series or anything, but it's enjoyable.

Yes, yes, yes!!!

I wasn't sure I was going to read this one. Ive read the others, Silver and Cole even, but I hadn't felt the same build up inside as with the others when it came to Ronan and Teal. But wow oh wow am I glad I read this one!!! Ronan and Teals relationship was amazing to read, and I never fail to be astounded by this author. So beautifully thought out and presented, and the narrator's did amazing per usual. It's wild how they do all these characters and it feels different every time.

Absolutely amazing!

I loved Elsa and Aidan's story! I read Silver and Cole's first, so seeing it from Elsa's perspective was so interesting. It was valid from Elsa's pov to hate her, but I understand Silvers side really well.

Anywho! I just loved their story a lot. It was so volatile in the beginning! A real enemies to lovers. And the depth of the plot of this story is amazing! So much forethought went into the ideas for these books. I love a book that's adult, erotic, and dark, but still has a real plot! You can tell the author loved the series she wrote and put a lot of time and love in.

Steamy but with Plot!

I love a good story that's got really sexy moments, especially dark sexy moments, but still has a lot of plot! This fulfills that love more than I could've imagined. It's got a big twist but it's a sexy love story. I started reading the other books in the series because of this one!
