A typical erotica story.
Revisado: 02-11-18
Heart of Stone is the first book in the Stone series. It is your typical erotica novel. If you enjoy reading loads of sexual scenes, then this book is for you. Unfortunately, it was not for me. I needed more from the story – a plot surrounded with romance and some sex thrown in. However, this book seemed more about the sex scenes then really telling a story. I only got less than halfway through the book and stopped reading. I just needed more from the book that it was not giving me.
Jeffrey Kafer and Lacy Laurel did a good job with the narration. They had clear and crisp voices that were easy to follow.

Working as a nanny in an exclusive London borough for two bi-sexual alphas is my dream job. Except Gabe and Luke are so freaking hot, they're making me think dirty thoughts. I can't have them though...it would be totally outta line. And they couldn't possibly be interested in a 22-year old virgin like me. I'll have to find someone else to punch my V card, right? Yeah, right....

Revisado: 12-18-17
Luke and Gabe are a gay couple looking for a new nanny to take care of their two boys. They are a committed couple who likes to bring in an occasional woman into their bedroom. They come across the virginal Eleri, who is sent over by the agency. The men take to her and bring her into their world.
I enjoyed the story, which had some very hot scenes. The trio had amazing chemistry and were well-developed characters. It was flirty and fun to read.

A Sweet Romantic Love Story
Revisado: 12-18-17
Joss is a strong independent woman who has sacrificed a lot for her family. After moving from Papua New Guinea to Chicago for her sister to attend a prestigious university, their mother dies in a sudden car accident. She is left to pick up the pieces of her shattered world and start over with her sister.
Joss eventually meets Ben at a party and realizes he is a bit of a player. But he wants to show her there is more to him than she believes. It is a constant attempt to get Joss to change her opinion, but he will stop at nothing to prove himself.
I love how Ben decided to show who he really was by his romantic gestures. It was a story that had depth to the plot and wasn’t just about getting the other in bed. It was about showing how much one person truly cared for the other.

An engaging suspense with a magical ending!
Revisado: 12-03-17
Circled is a suspenseful and intriguing well-written story. The story moves along at a fast pace with a fresh and original plot. Anne’s writing is solid and nearly flawless. The characters are well developed and engaging. You can easily relate to the flaws of the characters and the skeletons that many have hidden in the closet. It is an unresolved past that is reaching for understanding and resolution.
This is a story that focuses on good against evil and how good can prevail in the end. It will unfold one page at a time until you get to the magical ending. You do not want to miss reading this book and seeing how the story unravels. A good story that is full of suspenseful twists and turns that will keep you guessing until the very end.
Laura Jennings did a splendid job with the narration. She has a clear and crisp voice that is easy to follow. I thought she does a good job with the story, which led to a good reading experience.
This is the first book that I have read by Anne McAneny and will certainly not be my last. I was not disappointed at all. I recommend Circled to anyone that is looking for a good suspenseful and magical show that will keep you on the edge of your seat and guessing to the end.

Revisado: 11-24-17
A tangled circle of love, deceit, forgiveness and reconnecting.
The Love Labyrinth is a love circle of three people that go through a connection and reconnection to find what the heart truly wants – love and companionship.
The Love Labyrinth is a well-written story. The characters re well developed and engaging. You get a good feel for what Noelle is feeling and what drives her to separate from her husband and fall into the arms of another man. It had a good mix of romance, sex, drama, and humor. This book shows you the preciousness of marriage and love and that sometimes stepping away can help you see things clearer and get a better sense of what you really want. Reading through the book you will pick sides and cheer for either Clark or Wayne – who will you choose?
Arnetta Ellinwood did a good job with the narration. She had a clear and crisp voice that was easy to follow.
This is the first book that I have read by Pamela D Beverly. I recommend The Love Labyrinth to anyone that enjoys reading a romance with a happy ending.

A story full of angst, humor, and romance!
Revisado: 11-18-17
Chasing Swells is a great book to read for to have a little vacation and get away from life for a bit. AL Goulden does a good job of giving you visual narrations without overloading and dragging the story on. You feel like you are right there tasting the ocean water and air. It does start just a tad slow however, it does not take long for it to pick up and capture your attention. The story is full of humor, angst and romance. You get to know the characters well with enough background to keep them real. AL Goulden did a great job of bringing out the emotions and connection with the characters. You learn that life is not always easy and what becomes of it is what you make out of it. This book will keep you turning page after page to the very end.
Matt Haynes does a good job with the narration. He has a clear and crisp voice that is easy to follow.
This is the first book that I have read by AL Goulden. I recommend Chasing Swells to anyone that enjoys reading a sports novel with some romance.

An entertaining southern mystery!
Revisado: 11-18-17
French Quarter Vendetta is a suspenseful thriller that is intriguing and well written. There are many twists and turns that form a believable plot. There is a lot of action and suspense to keep your interest piqued. The characters have good southern characteristics that fit right in with someone that lives in the south. Several different crimes happen throughout which in the end come together. It does seem to get a little confusing at times but overall it is a good and entertaining story.
Theo Holland does a good job with the narration. He has a clear and crisp voice that is easy to follow. I think he did a good job with lending the southern charm to the voices.
This is the first book that I have read by Gary Graybill and will certainly not be my last. I recommend French Quarter Vendetta to anyone that enjoys reading a suspense/thriller that will keep you entertained and guessing to the very end.

Believe. A message that still taunts her years after the passing of her daughter. In the days of her daughter's illness, she considered herself a seeker, open to the possibilities of prayer and faith. Now cynical and guarded, she is forced to reexamine her beliefs and relive her past when an old love resurfaces, with a sick child of his own. Believe is a story that examines fractures to our foundations in the face of tragedy. It is a story that asks if prayers are always answered, but often in ways we do not see.

A story of heartbreak, healing and hope!
Revisado: 11-05-17
Believe is a story of one individual’s loss of a loved one. It tells of how she dealt with her feelings and the experience as a whole. It is a story of heartbreak, healing and hope. Believe will take you on a journey that will step on all of your emotions. This story is one that you can relate to on different levels – whether it is the loss of your child or the loss of a close relative. Every person goes through similar feelings and starts to question what they believe. Believe takes you through the journey and can help you to know that you are not alone; others out there go through the same thing.
I thought the author did a great job of putting into a story the different emotions and experiences that happen when you lose someone you love. You start to question things you might not have questioned before. Believe is well written and will keep your attention to the very end. This is not a romantic book or a spiritual book. It is simply a book that will give you hope.
Shelly Hickman did a great job with the narration. She had a clear and crisp voice that was easy to follow.
Anyone that is struggling with a loss or just wants confirmation that his or her feelings are normal then this is a book for you. This story will give you a sense of peace and hope.

Revisado: 11-05-17
Catch Me If You Can is a fast-paced suspenseful thriller that takes a twisted mystery and turns it into a deadly game. As bodies and victims appear it becomes perplexing as to who the culprit might be. This is an intriguing and well-written story. Miss Mae is an author that really knows how to build up the suspense and keep your attention to the very end. There are many twists and turns in the story to keep you guessing. I wasn’t able to figure it out and had to wait to the reveal at the end to put things together. If you are a fan of mystery, who done it, and “Clue” then this is definitely a book that you would enjoy.
I had the pleasure of listening to the audiobook of this story. The musical theatrics really added some appealing dimensions to the listening experience. The howling wind, glass shattering, doors creaking, a blood-curdling scream will make this an experience you will not soon forget. All of the narrators did a fantastic job with the narration. They had clear and crisp voices that were easy to follow. This was one of the best listening experiences yet. This story really seemed to have had a lot of thought and time put into it and was a step above most audiobooks.
This is the first book that I have read by Miss Mae and will certainly not be my last. I was not disappointed at all. I recommend Catch Me If You Can audiobook to anyone that enjoys a pleasurable listening experience that will keep you guessing to the very end.
