Lauren did an amazing job with this book. She gets the reader to look deeper within, using her story as the tool. This book is full of great resources & tools to help you find your power. I really loved the chapter length and reflection questions at the end of each chapter. I’m reading the paper copy, again! The audible version is amazing too!
