I think this book is just telling you what you want to hear.

At first I thought this seemed like a pretty good book with some pretty good information. However as I continued along some of the things started to sound off and I started to question it. Then when I got to it saying how having sex 2 to 3 times a week was the equivalent of running a marathon as far as burning calories then I knew the book is just trying to tell you what you want to hear. It also had some kind of statement along the lines of turning fat into muscle, Something my friend as a teenager would have said, And an extremely uninformed thing to say.

The most comprehensive book on weight loss

This is an incredible book on the subject of weight loss. I would be surprised if any book is more comprehensive and well-researched on the subject in this book. This book includes many scientifically tested techniques for improving weight loss. A number of which I had never heard of before despite how affective they are. It also points out where things don't work as well as we think they might. And it covers the psychological aspects of weight loss as well.
In the 1st month I applied these techniques I achieved my best reduction in percent body fat That I have ever achieved in a single month at the same time adding 2 pounds of muscle.

this is all common techniques. I wouldn't recommend this book. Despite how short the book is it took mental effort to listen long enough to get to the techniques, even though I regularly listen to audiobooks for 20 to 30 hours a week.
