I am continuing to be in love with this series! This book just as the ones preceding it, picked up and RAN with me. I was pleasantly surprised, horribly saddened, made to laugh, cry, cheer and bite my nails off. I've said it with each review, and I'll say it again, if you haven't picked up book one (in any format) you should right now. I'm off to begin my journey with Book 5 - Vengeance.

Cowed by life, Odd doesn't protest, not when she's deformed as she is. Born with a combination of rare birth defects, Odd's eyes are a startling and dreadful red. Demon eyes is the first thought that springs to mind. The little girl takes care to hide them behind dark sunglasses, something her mother insists on, except when she's trading freak-show peeks for dollars or drinks.

Such a heartbreaking/warming story

I didn't know what to expect when I picked this up. I'm a horror fan and this was not horror, at least not my definition. I found however, it was horror and hope, madness and peace. What a fantastic story Peter wove for us. I've not shed as many years or threw as many fist bumps with any other story. You'll love this book if you give it a chance.

My first delve into Christopher's world was with the End of Everything series. This book was just as amazing! It was my first ever audible story and it was so very good. I cannot wait to continue the story with book 2.
