Historia
To some, the concept of having faith in a higher power or a set of religious beliefs is nonsensical. Indeed, many view religion in general, and Christianity in particular, as unfounded and unreasonable. 6Norman Geisler and Frank Turek argue, however, that Christianity is not only more reasonable than all other belief systems, but is indeed more rational than unbelief itself. With conviction and clear thinking, Geisler and Turek guide listeners through some of the traditional, tested arguments for the existence of a creator God.

Eye-opening method to arrive to the truth in the Gospels
Revisado: 01-02-23
This is a well thought and organized work of philosophy and apologetics. The way the authors explain their reasoning leaves no doubt that what Jesus said about himself and what others said about him was accurate and solid.
I would recommend this book to those who are sincerely seeking the truth even when they are established in the atheist camp.
I gave it a five star review because of the clarity of the content and the undeniable exposition of proof that has made my faith even stronger.

I must read for any pastor, teacher or relative of someone with autism
Revisado: 08-07-22
As a father of three adult children with autism I have navigate it many situations that were portrayed in this book. I believe that Daniel Bowman has described masterfully and articulated both of the struggles and the triumphs of living in the spectrum of autism. I am so inspired and grateful for books like this! I am also a pastor who has been able to witness how my own children have a particular relationship with Christ.
I strongly recommend this book to any teacher, Pastor, parent or friend of someone in the spectrum. It will open up their eyes to see Autism
from a deeper understanding and perspective.

Historia
Award-winning author, Pastor, and Professor A. J. Swoboda has witnessed many young people wrestle with their core Christian beliefs. Too often, what begins as a set of critical and important questions turns to resentment and faith abandonment. Unfortunately, the church has largely ignored its task of serving people along their journey of questioning. The local church must walk alongside those who are deconstructing their faith and show them how to reconstruct it.

Uncomfortable but necessary
Revisado: 06-02-21
Being a Christian for over 45 years has brought a lot of seasons Where I have had discovery in my life, but at the same time a lot of doubt. Is it possible to question your Faith without losing it?
That is the goal…
I found this book to be at times empathetic with those of us who have experienced the construction… And also very confront a tiff

Historia
Even as the sound of modern worship has grown louder, the heartbeat of true worship has grown faint. This is a call for those whose hearts burn to see it revived - who burn with reformation’s fire. Who long to see the purity of worship restored and the Lord’s house of prayer once again reflect the fullness of his glory and the wonders of his heart.

Sobering
Revisado: 04-15-21
I gave a five star reading to this book in all aspects… Mainly because it confronted my attitude and spoke directly to me as a musician, as a composer, as a worship leader and as a pastor. I think that every leader in church that aspires to be used by God should read this book.
Back in the 80s I was part of the movement that started the whole Christian music industry in Latin America, I know what it is to tour, I know the lure of the masses and I know how enticing and subtle the seduction for fame and significance can be in a young and inexperienced heart.
I hear the voice of the Spirit calling me back to that place where I close the door of my room and just be broken before His presence and give God the fruit of my devotion where nobody can see me, or give me a like, or comment on my post… Thank you Jeremy
