I have become quite a fan of lit RPG books. this one is no exception. The characters were well thought out and I enjoyed following them through the story. I don't feel you can go wrong with this series and just about ready to start the second book. have fun reading

if you like an in-depth story, that has many twists and terms ones that are not obvious then I recommend this book. it has been a joy to listen to on audible and I do believe it would be worth your time. One thing I like about this book is it's from the perspective of a very old person One who has lived their life being almost 59 myself it is nice to see older people as the hero. enjoy!

I don't like buying books that are less than 8 hours long so I was very happy to find this 4.5 version to be more than that. this was an awesome book great way to build up his character make him real and powerful a must read

Will Wheaton was awesome. but the story was very disappointing was not as good as the first book. I wouldn't waste your credit on it I'm actually going to ask for mine back

narration change

the story is good but the narration it's different from the other books. because of this the characters sound and act differently it gets confusing especially when you listen to all the others I still would get the book if you read the rest. I just wish they had the same narrator.

not worth your time

basically the stories very short but you stay the full price for it. if this book was cheaper maybe if you worth it. original series is over 8 hours more like 15 hours per book.

the story was okay at best if it was up to me I wouldn't have wasted his time writing it. but the original story with Skippy and that crew is worth a read except for the book before homefront that one I believe the author was writing two books at once and really found it home. and homefront isn't even worth reading at all don't waste your time.

I'm having the most awful time trying to get to this book

First I like to say I love the first two books. The third book so far I hate the narration by a 16-year-old. I do not understand, other people love this book it should never been made or it should been made much better. The narrate tour on the other hand is awesome for the horrible books she has to read she did a great job. I will probably be returning this book and getting my credit back it's that bad don't waste your money or your credits. I am in the minority go I can see that.
