For the last 15 years you've been fed a diet of methods and processes as the answer to failing projects. Yet, the best projects are the result of the person that leads them and the environment they create. In order to delight stakeholders and transform organizations you need the skills to inspire project teams and create a culture of success.

Historia
If you're an Indo-Muslim-British-American actor who has spent more time in bars than mosques over the past few decades, turns out it's a little tough to explain who you are or where you are from. In No Land's Man Aasif Mandvi explores this and other conundrums through stories about his family, ambition, desire, and culture that range from dealing with his brunch-obsessed father, to being a high-school-age Michael Jackson impersonator, to joining a Bible study group in order to seduce a nice Christian girl, to improbably becoming America's favorite Muslim/Indian/Arab/Brown/Doctor correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

Profitability and Business Models - Good Read
Revisado: 09-23-14
What did you love best about The Art of Profitability?
This book is a guide - a story - an approach to finding profit centres in your business.
In the story form, the book is gripping - the back story sometimes makes you feel the real challenges in applying a profit models in your business.
As a guide - you feel the need to learn more about the profit models and how they have been derived. Not all profit models described can be adapted to your industry straight away, but they are good starting point for discussions and insights from the book might help you build a profit model which can work for you.
Who was your favorite character and why?
In my opinion both Steve and Zhao are interesting. While reading you will find yourself trying to get ahead of Steve to answer a question which the learned Zhao has asked.
Any additional comments?
I think this AudioBook also needs the companion Kindle Book to get the best of both worlds.
