One of the most surprising series I've read in the genre

It started slow. But then it just sucked me in. Sci-fi based plot, healthy balance between action, adventure and steamy hot scenes. I was truly worried that there will be tension dropping towards the later books in the series, or plot will be getting simple and repetitive -but no. From book to book plot changed, evolved and surprised. I found myself smile and chuckle while hearing the stories.
I really liked it. Felt like retreat for the sole.
