This was so disappointing. It was partially written by one of my favorite authors, but this really fell short of my expectations. There was very little plot and not much dialogue or character development. It's as if the authors thought if they put in enough sex, that real content wouldn't be necessary. It seemed to be the only reason for their relationship between the two women. That's fine if that's what you are trying to write, but just be honest about it rather than trying to dress it up as romance. Sex may sell, but here the constant repetition just becomes boring. I finished this book in hopes of finding a connection between these women, but it just wasn't there.

I enjoyed the the characters communication, or lack of it.

The sex scenes seemed sort of rudimentary to me. Even when they were past just "hooking up" it continued to lacked warmth.

Very interesting, surprising.

I had done a past life regression in the 1980s. It was profoundly impactful on my life. I found it so helpful to understand my current life. I listened to these Podcasts to find some sort of connection to that regression and I definitely found it. The thoughtful way that these people were helped through space and time was delicate and not at all leading or directive. I immediately recognized the feeling truth in their words. I was surprised how moved I felt as these people moved through their journeys. I assure you that regression is both possible and therapeutic. I am reminded of the flexibility of my mind, and the endless possibilities of life. This is so very helpful to me in my current today.

Another great book

I've enjoyed several of her books. I think her humor adds a missing part to lesbian romances. We need to be able to laugh at ourselves and our lives. Her books always leave me feeling happy. This one was especially full of kindness, humor, and just enough sex. Her characters easily could be real people, not inconceivably perfect. Flaws and imperfections make us human. This author knows this and it makes her work relatable, and delicious.

Beautifully compelling.

I almost let this one go by. I wasn't to impressed with the blurb about the book, so I almost passed it up. I decided to give it a listen, and I'm so glad I did. I am so impressed with this author. She took a long and potentially boring story and made it so sweet and at times uncomfortable, that I had to keep listening. The way she expressed Blue's feelings and Grace 's indecision was a beautiful thing. During Blue's years of travel I stayed right with her, hoping for her struggle to have a good outcome. I wasn't sure they would be a couple that could live their dreams. Even to the last minutes I felt connected to Blue and Grace and hoped and worried for their happiness. I lost sleep so I could see them through. This isn't a book of wild excitement. It's a book about love, and most of all, a book about finding oneself. Thank you Wynn. Your characters were beautiful things. Please write more.

Tragically Beautiful

What a beautifully written story of love, and loss, and love once more. The simple details of the characters lives made it rich and whole. I was alive in their time, and I felt their emotions as if they were mine. Write on Rose, I was swept up in your words and want more.

Loved it.

I really loved this book. The humor was great. The characters were full and completely understandable. No periods of "geez enough sex already " The love was imperfect but also perfection. The sex was beautiful. Im not sure why, but I ended the book in tears. I'm a bit jaded so it was a happy surprise to be so moved. Get writing Robin! More please.

What a nice journey to travel.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just felt I had to on these three books. there is a lot going on in this Trilogy and sometimes that leaves me confused in places. I didn't have that at aii here. People, angels, demons and more came through and it all flowed so nicely that it was actually relaxing no matter what mayhem was afoot. Battles, power trips, deception. murder and more battles and i just enjoyed it. They left me feeling strangely calm. The characters had life to them, some I loved, lots not so much. The series is just a nice fantasy that was just as complicated as it needed to be, and no clutter. I just liked it.
