Practical information how to bring AI into the classroom
Revisado: 04-22-25
I really like the overall coverage of all the different AI tools that are out there at the time of the writing. But was most helpful is actually been able to sit down and write some prompts and playing around with becoming a better prompt writer.
The other aspect of this book was some practical applications and ideas to bring AI into the classroom that helps challenge students how to use the tool and develop skills they can’t easily create with AI. I think it’s a different approach to teaching than we’ve been used to. And it’s not going away.

Historia
Rabbi K. A. Schneider decodes the Book of Revelation, revealing how the end-time events prophesied in the New Testament book correspond with the teachings of the Torah and the Hebrew prophets. You will discover how the Passover foreshadows the great tribulation and what the Hebrew prophets reveal about the anti-Messiah, Armageddon, hell, the return of the Messiah, the millennial kingdom, heaven, and much more. This book will teach you what to expect during the last days and how to stand firm in Christ even in the face of opposition.

Excellent coverage of revelations, Old Testament, prophecy, and the impact on our Christian lives
Revisado: 01-11-24
I’ve read quite a number of books on prophecy over the last four decades. I really like how this book and the author tie so much together in scripture. This is not a dramatic account of this or of this political party, or that war, but really about the entire meaning of our relationship with Christ! The book goes into a lot of detail of each chapter and ties in a significant amount of Old Testament scripture. What I liked most was how the author use the scriptures to build the body of his writing. I am fascinated by all the connections I have known many of these, but I’ve never found one place were so much is put together, back to back in a fluid and approachable style. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Awesome work! I felt like I was listening to a great scholar of prophecy.

In Greek Legacy, Professor Shutt explores the qualities that set the ancient Greeks apart from other ancient civilizations. The Greeks, more than any other culture, contributed to the formation of our own cultural system. These lectures show how that society developed, what it consisted of, and how it continues to impact the modern world.

Historia
These 36 lectures tell the remarkable story of a tumultuous thousand-year period in the history of England. Dominated by war, conquest, and the struggle to balance the stability brought by royal power with the rights of the governed, it was a period that put into place the foundation of much of the world we know today. As you journey through this largely chronological narrative you'll see key themes emerge, including the assimilation of successive waves of invaders, the tense relationship between kings and the nobility, and the constant battles over money and taxation.

Historia
In August of 1914, the British ship Endurance set sail for the South Atlantic. In October 1915, still half a continent away from its intended base, the ship was trapped, then crushed in the ice. For five months, Sir Ernest Shackleton and his men, drifting on ice packs, were castaways in one of the most savage regions of the world. Lansing describes how the men survived a 1,000-mile voyage in an open boat across the stormiest ocean on the globe and an overland trek through forbidding glaciers and mountains.
