I liked this training, however I probably won't use the Extended vocabulary I gain because nobody will understand what I mean.

A good list of principles

The book can really help you to achieve your Goals if you follow the principles introduces. Even though I didn't try it myself, I feel that they have value. Surely, you don't have to exercise every one and follow them on the letter, but you'll get the feel, and then you can succeed.
