To remedy the situation, herbalist Matthew Wood has researched the old-time practices and reconstructed them for modern use.

Narrator’s voice is distracting/more like encyclopedia

This book did not give me much useful information on how to treat anything in particular. The narrators voice is soporific and makes me tired just listening to him. it felt like a lot of theory and not many suggestions for ways the reader can practice or improve their herbalism craft.

Wonderful and Comprehensive Guide

I enjoyed the perspective and stories in this book. Lots of exercises to help develop your mediumship capabilities as well as pro tips to ensure adequate preparation. I liked that it also included interviews with other mediums to give a well rounded view of others’ experiences. Very well done and worth the read.

What a load of crap

The fact that anyone thinks a race war in the US is “fake” and “fabricated” really has no idea what life is like for POC and very obviously the author is writing from a place of ignorance of issues that have plagued America for centuries.
