Love, love, love this audio. It is a treasure. I plan to spend much time listening over and over again. These are precisely the affirmations I hunger for. I am so grateful for this and thank you Barry J. Peterson, your voice is lovely. The words are spoken clearly and your voice is soothing.While I'm listening your voice keeps me in the relaxed state but not to the point I want to go to sleep, which helps me when I'm in the Beta state.
