Her series A Julia Lives in a Van is great! Her story lines are well plotted. She kept me entranced the whole time I was listening to her book. I wanted to follow her, but I did not have that selection on audible. I will watch for her closely in the future.

This is truly one of the best books I have ever listened to. Adam Mitzner is a very good writer. He took two years to come out with his second book. I hope he doesn't take that long to come out with a third. I can't wait!!!!

Would you try another book from Stuart Woods and/or Tony Roberts?

Yes ... I would read another Stuart Woods book based on past performance. Not this book.

Would you ever listen to anything by Stuart Woods again?

This book hasn't increased my nterest. If this was the first book I read of Stuart Woods ... I wouldn't read another one.

What about Tony Roberts’s performance did you like?

It seems like Stuart Woods was just trying to put out another book. This definitely was not one of his best works. I was very very disappointed.

If you could sum up A Case of Redemption in three words, what would they be?

Compelling ... Suspenseful ..... Surprising.

Who was your favorite character and why?

The main character Dan was my favorite in the book of course. His character was very well defined and developed. He could at times be likable an unlikable.

What does Kevin T. Collins bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narrator was great! His voice and performance brought the story images to mind.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I didn't want to pause the book at all.

Not a Good Book

Would you try another book from William Kent Krueger and/or David Chandler?

I wouldn't read another book by William Kent Krueger. This book was just too wordy and the the narration was bad. None of the characters are likable. I listened for 30 minutes .... thought maybe it would get better. It didn't.

What was most disappointing about William Kent Krueger’s story?

It's just too wordy and no likable characters.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Just sounded so blah (for lack of better word).

A better Narrator. I listened for five minutes and had to return it.
