Historia
As it was in Anna Karenina, Madame Bovary, and Othello, so it is in life. Most forms of private vice and public evil are kindled and sustained by lies. Acts of adultery and other personal betrayals, financial fraud, government corruption - even murder and genocide - generally require an additional moral defect: a willingness to lie. In Lying, bestselling author and neuroscientist Sam Harris argues that we can radically simplify our lives and improve society by merely telling the truth in situations where others often lie.

This was an ok book, but I have to say that the author still leaves room for at least one credit card, been a listener of Dave's Ramsey for almost three years,I believe the key to financial freedom is get out of debt and stay out of debt.Do not agree 100% with the author.

"If you understand completely what I am going to tell you, from this moment on, your life will never be the same again." -Earl Nightingale This amazing message was first played for a group of salespeople at Earl Nightingale's insurance agency. They were utterly electrified. Word of it spread like wildfire, and everyone who heard it was positively ignited into action. Requests for a recording of the message came pouring in - thousands of requests per week.

Historia
Why do only a few people get to say "I love my job?" It seems unfair that finding fulfillment at work is like winning a lottery; that only a few lucky ones get to feel valued by their organizations, to feel like they belong. Imagine a world where almost everyone wakes up inspired to go to work, feels trusted and valued during the day, then returns home feeling fulfilled. This is not a crazy, idealized notion. Today, in many successful organizations, great leaders are creating environments in which people naturally work together to do remarkable things.

I am more motivated to be a better leader. Simon did a great job delivering powerful stories and examples of how bad and good leadership affects our everyday lives and inspire us to do more.
