I was excited there were so many prayers and thoughts that are defiantly recovery related. I enjoy the step prayers, promises, and prayers from pages 86,87,and 88 from the big book. The speaker does a great job and believes everything he reads. It comes through without saying really. I am super glad I bought this book. I expect I'll never stop listening to it the rest of my life. Chalk full of sobriety prayers. Thank you Greg!
