The only book I’ve skipped entire chapters

The narrators were mostly fine but I just don’t understand why the guy couldn’t do the voices for the male characters in the female POVs and vice versa
The story is a whole other matter. I’ve had to skip entire chapters to ensure I don’t get bored from reading this book. You can easily skip 50% of this book and you’ll still understand everything that’s happening and even then the other 50% is so dry and bland that it’s honestly almost not worth it. Any chapter that wasn’t the main character or his bonded companion or his love interest were an absolute bore.
It doesn’t help that this book had more POV’s than pornhub and it suffered, immensely for that. I hope the author realizes where their mistakes were and face them in the next book because this one was an absolute disappointment

Amazing story as always but…

An amazing continuation of Tanners story, But the narrator changed the way he pronounces multiple words as well as changed the voices for multiple characters. threw me off the first couple chapters, but I quickly adapted.

Great Book but…

Love the story always will. But why in the world would the male narrator not narrate for the men and the women for the women. Instead of one going through a whole chapter for no reason. I’d rather go back to just Travis narrating instead of this.

Amazing and truly worth the listen

You can tell that Jinx knows about the ins and outs of boxing. Loved the way the MC trained for the last fight( I’ve done the same thing). Fiona needs more and worse jokes

Loved this book

I love the cynical nature of the MC and the power system. The characters are written well in my opinion.
Also the April fools chapter was the dumbest think I’ve ever heard. I was like every cliché all rolled into one chapter.

I hate the MC

I wanted to throw my phone for the first 5 chapters and not like a toss I mean full force pitch my phone so I don’t have to heard this whiny prick talk any more. Apparently he gets better as the series progresses but I’m stopping at book 1. I finished it for a friend and I will never touch it again.
