Some of the information may not be new however the points and content makes this recording a wonderful reminder on all counts. It's structure and content is clear, logical and very well supported by examples, anecdotes and the occasional humorous content. Sometimes the presenter's style seems to be overly effortful and emphatic about points that don't need the drama (reminiscent of Anthony Robbins.) I did enjoy the material and it left me with much to reflect upon and watch for and/or apply in life. I will listen to it again and will share it as a resource for clients. A good work giving good value for money in both presentation and content.

The 'story' read like a bullet point list. It's best features were its simplicity, brevity and the common sense points. It was fortunate that the 'book' was short. The narration was appalling. The voice had computer sterility, bad inflection and emphasis and was a challenge to listen to--I almost quit the audio before it was completed. The claim at the beginning that this book will make you motivated is bad authorship. It needs work to be worth even the low fee I paid for it -- would anyone feel motivated to do that?
