Historia
When literature student Anastasia Steele goes to interview young entrepreneur Christian Grey, she encounters a man who is beautiful, brilliant, and intimidating. The unworldly, innocent Ana is startled to realize she wants this man and, despite his enigmatic reserve, finds she is desperate to get close to him. Unable to resist Ana’s quiet beauty, wit, and independent spirit, Grey admits he wants her, too—but on his own terms.

Looking Deeper!
Revisado: 07-05-12
What made the experience of listening to Fifty Shades of Grey the most enjoyable?
The triology is really amazing. It really goes into the mind and explores the damage of abuse and neglect at an early age. The subsequent way Christian regains control of his life can be considered shocking, but it really explores the way one mind chooses to cope.
What other book might you compare Fifty Shades of Grey to and why?
You can't judge this trilogy based on expecting a normal romance novel, now ever the closest I can come to a comparison is Megan Harts "Broken"
What about Becca Battoe’s performance did you like?
It was okay. Not tremendous, not bad.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Struggling for Control
Any additional comments?
Would make a great mini series, but don't compromise the book by trying to fit it into a 2 hour movie!

Historia
Dishonorably discharged, former Navy SEAL Shane Laughlin is down to his last ten bucks when he finally finds work as a test subject at the Obermeyer Institute, a little-known and believed-to-be-fringe scientific research facility. When he enters the OI compound, he is plunged into a strange world where seemingly mild-mannered scientists - including women half his size - can kick his highly skilled ass.

Amazing
Revisado: 03-24-12
Where does Born to Darkness rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Born to Darkness ranks in the Top 10% of all of the Books I have read or listen to.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Elliot - Honest, smart, caring, and a true person. Not imposing or afraid to take a risk.
Which character – as performed by Melanie Ewbank and Patrick Lawlor – was your favorite?
Mac was my favorite character. Mac really cared about the young girls in trouble, and would risk her life for them and her friends.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Several scenes were great. The one where Elliot and Steven discovered the attraction and need for each other was special.
Any additional comments?
Great book. I can't wait for the next book in this series. I will be waiting.

Historia
Best-selling novelist Kate Drake is one of seven sisters gifted with amazing powers of witchcraft. Returning home in time for her northern California town's annual Christmas pageant, Kate catches the spirit of the season and decides to open a bookstore in a charming but run-down historic mill. Decorated former U.S. Army Ranger Matt Granite, now a local contractor, doesn't mind working in the undeniably eerie house -- not if it means getting closer to Kate. There's something about the quiet, sensual woman that powerfully attracts him.

Story great, but the Narrator was terrible!
Revisado: 12-09-11
If you could sum up The Twilight Before Christmas in three words, what would they be?
Wonderful Story! I really enjoyed it.
What does Teri Clark Linden bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I really enjoyed the story, but the narrator wasn't very good. There was very little emotion, and very little voice inflection to make the story more exciting. Almost reminded me of being made to read out of a book they had no interest in.
Glad I could get passed that, but I recommend this narrator read ahead and really get into the story before recording.

Good reading with passion
Revisado: 03-23-10
The Elusive Bride was great reading. I like how Ms Laurens pulls past books plots and charactors together to make the book familiar and gives it a place within the whole of a story line that is still in work. Can't wait for the next book in this series!
