Historia
Author Thomas Erikson explains that there are four key behavior types that define how we interact with and perceive the people around us. Understanding someone’s pattern of behavior is the key to successful communication. Erikson breaks down the four kinds of behavior types - Reds who are dominant and commanding, Yellows who are social and optimistic, Greens who are laid-back and friendly, and Blues who are analytical and precise - and explains how to identify and interact with each type of person.

Perplexed
Revisado: 04-30-20
it was an easy read, but I feel perplexed.I found myself in 3 behaviour groups , but they still felt lacking many aspects of my behaviour. on one hand i didn't like the way people were put in a box , and complex characters were oversimplified, on the other hand it made me see clearer into some friend relationships, why they don't work and how I should react to them...

Factfulness: The stress-reducing habit of carrying only opinions for which you have strong supporting facts. When asked simple questions about global trends - why the world's population is increasing; how many young women go to school; how many of us live in poverty - we systematically get the answers wrong. So wrong that a chimpanzee choosing answers at random will consistently outguess journalists, Nobel laureates, and investment bankers.

"Labeling yourself is not only self-defeating, it is irrational. Your self cannot be equated with any one thing you do. Your life is a complex and ever-changing flow of thoughts, emotions, and actions. To put it another way, you are more like a river than a statue." - David D. Burns, M.D.

Happy o got the summary instead of the book
Revisado: 01-13-20
I heard so many good things about the book, but i am so happy i got the summary instead. I think I wouldn't be able to listen to the whole book because it is targeted to a specific group of people where I don't belong. there are some good and interesting key points but at times it can pull you down and i didn't like the chapter with the explanation of the antidepressants.
