This book was an excellent read and fired me up. For the past six months I have been reading and listening to audibles and listening to CDs such as Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Cash-Flow Quadrant, The 16% Solution, etc... . I stumbled upon this book while going through Audible and I was glad I did.
I enjoyed Oliver's story. he shares real experiences.
The big take-away-focus for me at this time is to learn about the real estate tax laws and interview the tax account I will use.
A little bit about me. I'm in my 50's, have owned small businesses, now work in Corporate America in a school district. I have a side Hustle of MLM which is fabulous generating some moolah to do the real big deal of Real Estate. I'm done punching somebody else's clock it's time for me to truly live my life the way I desire and not waiting for the traditional 65!
