I was swept into the conscious minds of both the lead characters. The extended family ties, family concerns and the real business of survival in both cultural worlds are gently displayed in the unfolding events. Previous happenings in the family become the listeners memories, as they drift across the minds of the characters. This gives a rich background for the interesting plots in the story.
In all, a finely crafted view into genuine people, living lives, within their culture, and their challenges in thier world and the external culture. Survival and resilience. Respect!

Right from the first chapter it was riveting . A horrific crime and a determined little ghost add to the suspenseful mix. Total enjoyment.

A possible 'Brave New World'

Challenging and thought provoking. So much is happening today that will change or doom the future of humans as we know ( or do not know ) them. Introspection of self is invited . Am I an Algorithm?

Quick and understandable. Very easy instruction.

Advice he gives is in clear language. Very good organization and step by step instuction. The only concern is that people will not practice these tools as instructed. Mental health and happiness are worth any investment of time and he is not asking for huge time commitments. Hear it, do it, and continue to practice it. You have only your misery to lose.

Blue Connection.

I was drawn right away to this conflicted, complicated young girl who was so much more than she allowed the world to see.
Her hidden talent and the developement of the story held me spellbound.
I love this story and wish to hear a sequel.

Lisbeth

Lisbeth is a breathtaking character. I have heard all the books and pray there will be many more. She may never tame, never be understood, but the numbers of her allies are growing.
Backstories about her sister, the hackers or the human genetic repercussions of the perverse science might be helpful. She could somehow assist other fabulously unique people along the way.
Her other, fictional, lovers are a segment of her life to be explored. Meeting and loving her would touch thier hearts forever as she is, perhaps, unattainable.
I love her and need to stay in touch.
I just finished this book and still have tears in my eyes. A very rare occurence.

Hunter is captivating as usual.

I knew that Jane Yellowrock would be a hard act to follow. As a happily addicted fan, I was in doubt, and did not want to experience the letdown of struggling through a new series, inferior to the first.
To my grateful ears, unfolded a new world, different in pace and story, but just ' ducky'.
I love the way Hunter weaves a story. She takes us from hard action, to story line narrative, and back again.
I am happy in her new world and look forward to new offerings in the series.
