I’m hooked! These books are so amazing and keep me on the edge of my seat. I’m actually learning some of the history I slept through in HS. Sadly, during this time in our world, it’s possible I could learn it in real life. Sure hope not! I dislike politics but it wouldn’t hurt for it to be required reading for people running for office, especially those with their fingers on the trigger. Thanks!

Guess there is one more book about FEMA, but I’m satisfied with reading about Cole. The survivors will keep doing what they’re doing at the end of the world - for years! It’s a fresh perspective on the apocalypse.

Great Series, very entertaining~

I've listened to the 1st three books in the Lone Star Series and have plans to listen to the rest. But Audible had a sale and I decided to listen to the 1st book in the Doomsday Series. I finished it yesterday and finished the 2nd book just now. So good! Incredible detail and lots of excitement. One of the things that has me hooked with the Doomsday Series is how close the books portray the political scene at this moment in time as well as the craziness of our country. So, I'm off to buy more of the Series and then I'll go back to the Lone Star series! And the Narrator is easy to listen to and I can easily distinguish the different characters.
