Historia
Being engaged to my adorable alien boo is a dream come true. Too bad there’s a target painted on my back. Come on universe, quit messing with true love! For reals. Kai and I need to plan our wedding—which is going to be hella quirky and fun, because I say so. Cue Shilgar the Deadly, who’s screwing up everything—what with trying to kill me and all. My life is becoming even more unbelievable than my fictional characters, Lord Vardox and Captain Starblade.

Historia
Luc O'Donnell is tangentially - and reluctantly - famous. His rock-star parents split when he was young, and the father he's never met spent the next 20 years cruising in and out of rehab. Now that his dad's making a comeback, Luc's back in the public eye, and one compromising photo is enough to ruin everything. To clean up his image, Luc has to find a nice normal relationship...and Oliver Blackwood is as nice and normal as they come. He's a barrister, an ethical vegetarian, and someone who has never inspired a moment of scandal in his life. He’s perfect boyfriend material.

Wonderful

It took me me a bit to get into the book. I started over at chapter 5. It was a great story and I adore Lucien. The narrator was fabulous.

First story was great
Revisado: 09-08-19
The first story was a good Diana Palmer. The second book was boring. The met, many years pass, they decide to get married, they get married, the end. The last book was better, but I think it must have been a sequel that I didn’t read the first book. Loved the narrator.

Historia
Reporter Nathan Doyle had his reasons to want Phil Arlen dead, but when he sees the man's body pulled from the La Brea tar pit, he knows he'll be the prime suspect. He also knows that his life won't stand up to intense police scrutiny, so he sets out to crack the case himself. Lieutenant Matthew Spain's official inquiries soon lead him to believe that Nathan knows more than he's saying. But that's not the only reason Matt takes notice of the handsome journalist.

Wow! Another Masterful Performance
Revisado: 08-02-14
Josh Lanyon does such a marvelous job with his historicals. I love the way he has crafted this story. The dialog, the imagery, the well developed characters all bring this period to life. Parts of this story are just heart breaking, but Mr. Lanyon still manages to pull out hope. The mystery was excellent.
Alexander Masters turned in an excellent performance as the narrator. He did a really good job with all the voices, the pacing, and telling the story. I loved his Nathan voice.

Wonderful!!
Revisado: 12-07-13
This is my favorite Lanyon series. Dangerous Ground is an excellent start to it. This is a thriller not a sleuthing mystery. There are thrills, chills, and bears, oh my! Will and Taylor are on a camping vacation from their jobs as Diplomatic Security Service agents. They are working on putting their professional relationship back on an even keel after some personal trauma. However, they come across a plane wreck connected to a casino heist and then the robbers. Excitement follows!
Adrian Bisson did an outstanding job narrating! I just loved Taylor's voice. He did a wonderful job on all the voices. His pacing, inflections and overall performance really made this audio book a excellent addition to my library. The Fanyons really picked a winner when they chose Mr. Bisson to narrate the series. I'm sure the pressure was enormous, but he hit it out of the park.

Loved the Narrator
Revisado: 02-21-13
I have read this book several times. Every time I read it, I enjoy it more. It is in turns laugh out loud funny, hold your breath suspenseful, and always entertaining. I really enjoyed the mystery.
At first I didn't care for the narrator because he didn't match the voices in my head. However, by the end of the first chapter, I couldn't imagine Kit sounding like anything but the way Free portrayed him. He did a wonderful job with the other charatcters, also. He really brought the story to life and made an excellent book into a fantastic experience.
