I’ve struggled to sit through financial books, but this one kept me interested. Maybe it was the real-life stories, or just how clear the explanations were. I’d listen to a chapter each morning while walking, and every time, I walked away with a new insight. It made my morning routine smarter. It’s one of the few books I actually wanted to finish.

Ich brauchte einen Leitfaden, der mir klare Anweisungen gibt, ohne dass ich mich eingeschränkt fühle – und dieses Buch hat genau das geschafft. Der 21-Tage-Plan gab mir die Struktur, die ich brauchte, aber ich fühlte mich nie überfordert. Es ist absolut machbar. Besonders toll fand ich, dass die ersten Rezepte schnell und einfach zuzubereiten waren – und ich habe sie wirklich genossen. Ich kann dieses Buch voll und ganz empfehlen!

This audiobook helps quiet that voice in our heads that repeats unhelpful negative things. Instead, it teaches you to rewrite that narrative by outlining how to replace them with realistic self-talk and be kind to yourself. OMGosh! Did I ever need to hear that. Love love love this book!

I have been so plagued by insomnia that I looked for a book that would give me a comprehensive viewpoint. This was that book. It didn't just give a few tips to try, it really examined everything about sleep cycle and sleep preparation. This is a very worthwhile audible and I would really recommend it to anyone - a good sleep means a good mood and a good day - It's totally worth it.

I have been working on the flexibility exercises and I really enjoy it. This is a great book and I like yoga. This book is helping me get back into shape. I recommend this book!

I don't love cleaning and never thought I would ever buy a book about cleaning and organizing. But I found I was just getting lost in the disorganization and wanted a few ideas on how to start. I was tired of the piles of mess. This is a very user friendly guide to know where to start, how to organize and what to do with it all. I like the short explanations. I don't know if I have ADHD, but either way, I found the format was perfect for my busy lifestyle. I' m glad I got it!

I didn't realize when I bought this book that it came with a bonus PDF download but I thought that was fantastic. It's like a 2 in 1!
I love that this addresses how to control "out of control" emotions and how to regulate yourself. The narrator's voice was easy to listen to and I learned alot of practical info on Emotional Intelligence.
