Historia
What does it take to generate the willfulness to participate proactively in shaping your environment and personal relationships? Is it possible to acquire a sense of purpose that can serve as an active spring of action for you? Many people go through life without a well-thought-out understanding of the true essence of their existence. They're contented to always go with the grain, and to live "normal" lives, even if they don't really understand what the real essence of the "normal" life they're living is.

Terrible Narrator!!! Cliff is just horrible.
Revisado: 05-11-19
Narrator does not, cannot pronounce words fully. he slurs phrases enough to question a words meanings, often!!! Cliff Weldon is just terrible. honestly. speaks like he's dumbing down the complex material for his uneducated negro listeners who ain't to good with English, ya dig. it's belittling and difficult to move past. Authors please STOP letting Cliff narrate your books!!! total disaster. Read it yourself, it will be better, guaranteed. I will lead the BOYCOTT against ALL books narrated by Cliff Weldon. Total buzzkill. Authors, you have been warned. DO NOT HIRE CLIFF WELDON TO READ YOU BOOK IF YOU WANT ME TO BUY IT. I REFUSE. This has nothing to do with race, but everything to do with education and Cliff's apparent efforts to DUMB DOWN the material. 2 thumbs down for the clown who dumbs it down!!!!!!!! LET THE AUTHOR READ IT.

Our lives and our minds have gotten cluttered. Stress and anxiety have become a part of our lives. Even the things that should bring joy and happiness in our lives become a reason for sorrow. This is a sorry state of affairs, and it must change. If you are also feeling the same frustrations in your life, then this audiobook is just for you.

Great Content, terrible reader
Revisado: 04-19-19
the wisdom of this book is watered down by the ghetto reader, Cliff, who infuses the reading with ghetto-black slang, aka, improper pronunciation of MANY MANY words. the readers lack of education is on full display, leaving the listener feeling short changed. The reader makes outright ERRORS, which are then followed by an audible beep, and then, the corrected dialog. WTF!?!? Lazy editing! Cliff's editing studio must be in the ghetto, if he thinks that's ok, but it ain't, homeboy!!! You gotta ta minimize yo ebonics and maximum yo propa English, son. Shame on you, Audible. Fire Cliff.

Extremely pleased with the content, and the presentation. Bummed i didn't know about it, since it's been out for many years. It's a certified classic!!!
Highly recommended to anyone, period. You don't need no stinking quacky shrink, trust me, start with this book before anything else (but only if you want to save time and money). CHEERS.

Historia
And to move from a cluttered home to an uncluttered home, you really need to change your mind first. This is a complex problem in and of itself that stems really from a lack of awareness or conscientiousness - what we might call mindfulness or a lack thereof. Many of us live our lives almost as though they were automated and, consequently, none of us are really present in the moment. These continuous unconscious living causes to fill our house back up with garbage repeatedly.

Waste of time and money, imo. Buy another, this was also far too short, very little to no practical tips. :(
