It was your typical boring diet book. It just wasn't for me. I'm sure it will help someone out there. On an up note it was nice to have some of the biblical references mixed in.

This is not the book I was hoping to read. This is more making the bible fit his scientific ideas. I was looking for a more in-depth exploration of the Genesis account. Might be a good book if I was more in to the science attachment of the bible.

Very informative. Going to try the recipes soon. Hopefully the recipes are as good as the book. I've suffered for years due to lyme & co infections. Bartonella & Mycoplasma have definitely gone wild in several members of my family, including myself. Whoever said ignorance is bliss, certainly never got bit by the lyme bug or co infections. Mycoplasma crippled & then killed my grandfather. I wish I could've read this book before it took him. Growing up we spent every summer in the country, coming in daily for months at a time covered in ticks without a thought. It was believed that in the south the ticks were safe. I started having problems at 8 years old with unexplained fevers. At 12 began asthma, at 15 tremors, unexplained neurological symptoms, it went dormant for a little while & would always come back. At 21 my arm would toss beverages without my control & by the time I was 26 I had major endometriosis & endocrine issues too. I began to become food intolerant & had many food allergies from late teens to 40s. I got bite again in my late 30s in CA & received a bullseye rash. They gave me a short term antibiotic & it's been even more down hill since. The doctor told me she believes the rash is so rare, because it only happens with multiple tick-lyme bites. Maybe she is right. My mom has Parkinsons, but the meds are only making it worse. I'm trying the protocols from your book as I have nothing to lose, but convincing my mom is another story. I guess sadly, she will just be another lyme/co infection casualty. Thanks again for sharing you vast knowledge. It was worth every penny. I bought it in both audio & paperback.
