Historia
Kitty Harris has it all: cosily coupled up with boyfriend Archie, she’s putting in the hours at an ad agency to land her dream job. OK, so maybe they’ve become a bit too comfortable in their routine, with pizza night every Thursday, and maybe the agency isn’t so much up-and-coming as been-and-gone, but Kitty is happy. Until one diamond ring sitting pretty in her pepperoni ruins everything. Kitty does NOT want to get married, not after being caught in the crosshairs of her parent’s destructive divorce.

Beautifully Written Love Story. A Must-Read
Revisado: 06-12-23
Unputdownable. I loved every minute. The journey of self-discovery of this young woman disillusioned by the breakdown of her parents' marriage is thought-provoking and enlightening and the love story is unforgettable, heartbreaking and passionate. Definitely one of the best romances I have read.

UNFORGETTABLE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
Revisado: 12-21-22
This classic, a story of ill-fated unrequited love, so beautifully narrated by Joe Arden and visually enhanced by the collaboration with Amanda Rose Smith, is a must read. Ethan Frome, a good man driven by duty and beset by misfortune falls in love while in a loveless marriage. His glimpses of happiness and what might be make for heart-rending compassion. If only. I have read it twice already and every moment is seared into my visual memory. Like the best classics it will remain in my library forever to be enjoyed over and over again while my tears fàll.

Historia
I've got everything it takes to make it in Tinseltown: confidence, charisma, and a killer chin. Now all I need is a chance. But Los Angeles is full of hot young hunks, and talent might not be enough to separate me from the cookie-cutter crowd. So I devise a wild scheme to get noticed. Pretend I’m someone I'm not—good-bye Will O’Connell of Cincinnati and hello Liam O’Connell of Dublin. "Liam" and his talent with accents is enough to get my foot in the door, but I never anticipated meeting the woman who has me more worried about keeping my foot out of my mouth.

Debut Solo Novel Has All The Feels
Revisado: 09-14-22
The Inimitable Joe Arden needs no introduction as a seasoned and superb narrator. Now he has brilliantly drawn the reader into his personal space by writing an original storyline showcasing his amazing talent at accents, his personal home town with all its fascination and challenges and his vulnerable heart that falls in love with a beautiful and feisty young woman with her own vulnerabilities. It is a romantic (and steamy) ride that I felt part of. Joe has a descriptive writing talent that made me feel part of his story. I didn't expect to feel such empathy and so on edge when just as he at last "makes it" in tinseltown his dilemma threatens his future happiness. Joe has cemented his place in the genre he has chosen. Don't miss this romance which is all the more addictive to me viewed from the male POV. The cameo narration of the amazing Maxine Mitchell as Raven added an additional dimension to this cleverly crafted story. 5 stars from me.

Historia
On the eve of her 30th birthday, sports agent Bess Beringer is ready to make some changes. Armed with a five-year plan - indexed and color coded - she’ll tackle her personal life with the same zeal that she brings to her successful agency. A big, tall, ripped hunk of hockey player who’s just been traded to the Brooklyn Bruisers is not a part of that plan. Mark “Tank” Tankiewicz has a lot of baggage. He’s a ride-or-die loner with a bad reputation. He’s on the rebound. He’s also the sexiest thing on two legs, and for some crazy reason it’s Bess that he wants.

Beautifully Written With All The Feels
Revisado: 04-30-22
I loved this vulnerable couple Tank and Bess and the highs and lows of their journey to their ultimate happily ever after. Sarina is an amazing author and has the gift of writing a story that I feel part of and can visualise every moment. Jacob Morgan (oh yes please) and Emma Wilder (lovely voice) bring the story to life as only truly professional narrators do. Thanks for this heartwarming experience. 💥💥💥💥💥

Paint your toes. Pick up the wrong coffee and bagel order. Drive from Brooklyn to Jersey in traffic so slow you want to tear your hair out. It’s amazing all the useless things I can accomplish while on hold for three hours with customer service. Three hours when I should be getting the Date-in-a-Box website ready to launch at the big business expo in a few days. Except my shiny new website is glitching, and my inner rage-monster is ready to scorch some earth...when he finally picks up. Not the robot voice I expected but a real live human named Kal.

ORIGINAL AND CHARMING

Loved this book. Wonderful characterisation and terrific narrators. I laughed out loud at Vera's attitude to life and felt empathy for them both. A great listen.
