great story and performance, BUT she doesn't know how to wrap up the story at the end. book one, boom the bad guy is dead, and the book ends, does not address major points left hanging. same thing in book 2 and 3.

Tried to give it another try, figuring writer would listen to comments and criticisms and fix it. But no, the reader is terrible and the story line is full of frustrating to stupid decisions.

Okay got a first book, just okay,not great

Didn’t like the high school locker room sex in the beginning, the reader did the main character voice pretty good but was terrible with all the other characters voices. Okay mystery plot but very transparent. Going to give the second book a chance to improve.

I don’t read Grisham for history lessons, this is a bad case of bait and switch. Grisham let his name to a fabricated cblack history story that we have all heard a 1000 times before.

nothing like the older books. looks like it was just a telephone directory dump with the complete works of shakespeare thrown in to get JD a high word count book. if this is what we get you should have let it alone.

Absolutely the worse book I have ever listen too. The main character should have a restraining order taken out on her from every other character in the book. Terrible terrible thought and logic process. Must have learned investigative techniques by listening to bad cozy mysteries. I am suppressed Anna J. McIntyre hasn’t sued Wilton for plagiarism. There are about ten plot lines taken straight from the first chapter of The Ghost of Marlow House. Did I mention I do not like this book.

I hope someone else wrote this one for her. They really dumbed down the characters. I guess the writer is losing her imagination , and maybe you should keep track of what your writing. they installed video cameras in the house two or three books back.

Love the series but!!!

Series started out great, she had me hooked before the end of the first chapter. After about book 10 she got very confusing in the beginning and it takes half the book to work out what’s going on. Stories are still great tho.
