I loved this book. It kept me on my toes until the end. Both voice actors did a wonderful job. I can’t wait to hear more done by Sage or Nowhere. The raw emotions portrayed were top notch.

That is what I want to ask the author. She is a child. The prefrontal cortex is still developing and does not fully mature until your early twenties. This area is responsible for skills like organizing, long-term decision making skills, planning, processing information, thinking about consequences and controlling impulses. The amygdala (emotional part of the brain) takes over for the prefrontal cortex at 17. Their decision making is based purely on emotion and not logic. The prefrontal cortex does not fully develop until 25. This is also a volatile period in their life and can lead to long-term emotional scarring if they overuse the amygdala. The teen will become conditioned to base their decisions on emotions if not allowed to develop naturally. The author should be ashamed and the book should be pulled. I will never read this authors books again. I wish I could give zero stars.

This was a great book. Please write a sequel with We Fanli meeting her love interest, a wedding and a reuniting of Grace mom and her long lost love.
