The only complaint that I have is that each story should be easily searchable and titled. It's difficult to find each story.

Formula over fiction

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
I would not consider my listening to this book a waste of time; however, the lack-luster story, boring characters and underwhelming climax left much to be desired. I do not consider myself a critic, and I am a huge Dan Brown fan, but this installment of the Langdon series is the worst one. The next book should involve something drastically different like..um, I don't know...maybe Alchemy, Vampires, the Garden of Eden, circ de sole etc. Like I said I'm not a critic but I know what I like, and it wasn't this book.
What do you think your next listen will be?
I will probably turn my attention to Trevor Noah's book.
What about Paul Michael’s performance did you like?
As i have always said, you can't go wrong with someone with two first names (e.g. Tracy Morgan, Jennifer Lawrence, Christopher Llyod, Mario Mario, Luigi Mario). Paul Micheal's performance was as smooth as a glass of Brandy. His voice made for pleasant listening considering the material. I would like to hear him in other productions or he could narrate my life with his mellow crooning. Honestly i would employ Morgan Freeman for my life story, but if he was busy, then I would definitely tap Paul Micheal.
Was Origin worth the listening time?

Origin kept the same signature formula made famous by Dan Brown's other works. Langdon is pulled into an incident involving history and religion. He encounters a female and she's pushed into the adventure with Langdon. He looks at his Mickey Mouse watch and then he solves the problem...pretty Dan Brownesque. I think I saved a bunch of readers and listeners a bunch of time.
